Want total peace and quiet, where deer, cranes, and other wildlife are your only distractions? Then you are warmly welcome in Herdens Ro. While we are a 7-minute walk from Lake Vänern, we are also a 7-minute drive from the ICA supermarket. All dogs are welcome; the garden is fenced off with wire mesh, and we even have 2 x 4 m² kennels in the shed that can be used if you want to spend a day visiting Örebro, Karlstad, or a zoo. Small, characteristically cozy, and lovely cottage in the woods by the lake! The space You can reach our property via a lovely forest road; you can park your car anywhere. The screen panel can be opened by detaching the post from the barn. The large garden is ideal for setting up a tent if the other 2 guests prefer to sleep in the tent rather than on a sofa bed. You enter through the spacious hallway, where you can easily store your shoes and coats, and there is a closet that contains, among other things, a vacuum cleaner. To the left of this is a bathroom with shower, washer/dryer combo, toilet, and sink. Behind a door is the water pump; please note, it sometimes switches on (when it's empty), which can startle you. Straight ahead from the hallway is the kitchen, where you can enjoy breakfast; there is an electric 4-burner stove, 2 ovens, a coffee maker (size-4 filters), a kettle, and everything you need for baking and roasting. To the left of this, you enter the living room, which features a sofa with ottomans where you can stretch out your legs. A TV that you can easily turn on to watch Netflix or Videoland. Good Wi-Fi connection. And, of course, the wood-burning fireplace. 2 empty wardrobes, with hanging space. Here you will also find two recliner chairs, which you can, of course, move towards the fireplace. On the left is the bedroom, with night lights, a 160-cm bed, a clothing rack, and bedside tables. Please note that, apart from the toilet, there are no doors in the house; these have been replaced by curtains. Then you enter the conservatory, which has a double sofa bed and a dining area for both people and pets. A wool basket for the dog and a wonderful view! Through the conservatory, you can easily access the deck, where you will find a parasol (stored in the large shed), a garden table with 4 chairs (cushions also in the large shed), and a BBQ. Outside, there are solar-powered lights, which provide enough light to walk around in the evening.
