Storchennest in the heart of Undenheim

Our Storchennest combines historic charm with lovingly appointed amenities. This carefully renovated 19th-century property can accommodate up to 5 people and features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy courtyard for relaxing. Located in the heart of tranquil Undenheim, you can reach wineries, restaurants, and the Rhine-Hessian hillside landscape in just a few minutes – and Mainz in only 25 minutes. The space Our lovingly furnished vacation home, “Storchennest,” can accommodate 2–5 people and combines cozy charm with functional amenities to ensure you feel completely at home. As soon as you enter the house, you come into the entrance area, from which you can access both the kitchen and the first bedroom. A sturdy staircase also leads you upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a dining area with seating for up to six people – ideal for enjoying meals together. Also on the ground floor is a guest bathroom with a washing machine, as well as access to the outdoor area, which invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. From this side of the first floor, you will also find a steep “emergency staircase” leading to the second floor – behind this staircase, there is a portable baby crib. Upstairs, you will find a cozy living area with a large sofa, armchairs, a TV, and a small game table. Adjacent to this is an open-plan reading and study area, designed as a walk-through room and ideal for reading or working. From there, you can access the bathroom, which is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. The apartment has two bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a dresser and a clothes rail, a side table, and a rocking chair. • Bedroom 2 features a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a single bed (1.00 m x 2.00 m), as well as storage space for clothes, a closet rod, and a workstation. Both bedrooms are equipped with bed linens as well as hand and bath towels. The outdoor area includes a cozy courtyard with patio furniture. The matching seat cushions are located in the garden shed. The clothes dryer is also located there.
