Charming Stone Built Cottage for 2!

A pretty little stone-built cottage in Waddington Village. Close to everything you'll need but far enough away from the rush. This cottage has a modern but traditional style with exposed stone work and beams and bold, clean decor. From the archways to the larger rooms, this cottage is the perfect base for a couple or friends to stay with a tiny outside space too for the warm weather. A little bit of history... This cottage used to be a fish and chip shop! Hence the name! The space You’ll come in through the large kitchen with an exposed stone wall and bespoke French oak sliding door. The kitchen has a little coffee corner complete with kettle, cafetière, ground coffee, tea bags and sugar. The double fridge/ freezer sits perfectly in the corner and will be stocked with milk upon arrival. The cooker and oven are ready to use. Plates, bowls, cutlery, mugs and glasses are also supplied and ready for use. Continue through the stone archway into the cosy living room, a large (and very comfy) sofa with cushions and blankets is the perfect set up for a cosy night in. The TV is sitting on a modern, handmade oak stand and an exposed beam across the room gives it the cosy cottage feel. Climb the stairs directly into the large, bright double bedroom with king sized bed and lots of windows. The bold black wall and bright white walls in this room give a modern and airy feel. Bedside tables and lamps fit in perfectly and allow you to switch off from the comfort of the bed. Through another archway is the newly renovated bathroom, with lovely modern tiles, a beautiful vanity stand with space for your toiletries, a velux window, shower over bath and white suite. Eco- toilet roll included. Bed linen and luxurious towels are also included. If you need anything else, just send me a message before booking. Completely flexible to what you need! Guest access Kitchen, living room, large double bedroom, bathroom. Very small outside space, floor cushions provided during the summer months, for cosy evenings with a glass of wine and some snacks!
