Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Lower Canwood sleeps 9+1 has been refurbished to a high standard. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it offers comfort in a peaceful Herefordshire Location. Part of Long View Cottages in Herefordshire (as we have several properties in two different locations) you know, you can expect high standard. With fully fenced garden, plenty of free parking and a private games room, this is the perfect place for a break! Dogs welcome at small fee! The space This beautiful 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms property is situated in the same location as our sister properties Little Canwood house (7+1), Sharpnage House(10+1) and Field Barn(2). These properties are within a walking distance from each other, yet again, far enough not to disturb each other! This property benefits from a downstairs bedroom (king size bed) and en-suite bathroom, there is a small, space saving shower (step into the shower cubicle). This bedroom is perfect for someone who finds stairs difficult. (please let us know if you have any questions before booking- we do have accessibility guide created). There are further 4 bedrooms upstairs, two of which have super kings size beds (or single beds as they zip and link) and en-suite bathrooms. The last two bedrooms (king bed) and Single bed will be sharing a bathroom that is situated in the hallway. We do have a pull out bed which means we can accommodate 9+1 guests. Lower Canwood is situated in a beautiful Herefordshire Countryside, with miles of footpaths to explore. There are lots of places to visit. To keep children and adults entertained, there is a private games room suitable for all ages. It is very well equipped with table tennis and a pool table and there are toys for little ones. The garden is fully fenced. We do allow a well behaved dog to stay, max 2. We make a small charge per dog per stay and with 2 dogs we ask for a refundable security deposit. We kindly ask owners to keep their dogs off furniture and carpets. We don't allow dogs upstairs and in the bedrooms. The area is perfect for walking and exploring. Guest access From the road, you turn into private drive that leads to the property and also to our grain/hay store. There is another gate and a drive before you get to the parking area by the games room. The garden is fully fenced. This property doesn't have nearby neighbours (except sheep or horses in the field next door. You might see a farm worker / or a tractor going past if we need access to the grain store but this should not be very often. You might see people on the field feeding the horses/checking them. Sometimes, you might see the gardeners, who work very hard to keep the garden nice - please let us know if you do not wish them to come during your stay.
