The space The Tau apartment, located on the second floor, has been furnished with all the amenities for our guests' comfort, including free WiFi throughout, an air-conditioned living area with a work table, a sofa, and a 32-inch TV. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette with an induction stove top, an electric hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a Dolce Gusto espresso machine. The double bedroom has a ceiling fan and a double-door mirrored wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The apartment also features a safe, iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, cleaning services, linen and towels, and a drying rack. The balcony is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining and sun awnings. Ample free parking is available in front of the property. Guest access Perfect for getting around on foot or by bike. Just a 15-minute walk from the center and convenient for getting to the beach (beach bus). An ideal location for an active vacation: there are pleasant trails in the immediate vicinity for both jogging and cycling. The large free parking lot in the adjacent Piazzetta Cau is very convenient, inviting you to leave the car behind and walk to the center. Other things to note Alkira Lodge is a small, three-story building completely renovated in 2016 (both inside and out) and owned by our family. In addition to the apartments available for rent, we also have a home here with our respective families. This is a real advantage for our guests: taking care of the common areas is a personal and top priority, and you can always easily find someone from the family in the building if you need information or have special requests.
