If you are due to arrive after sunset it is advisable to bring a torch – there are no street lights and it is very dark! Pull off the black rubber cover. Always press down the ‘clear’ button first, then enter the code and press down the ‘open’ button. If you have entered an incorrect combination, push down ‘clear’ button to return the buttons to their original settings then enter again the code. To close, press down and hold the ‘open’ button until you close the door. Once the door is closed, release the ‘open’ button and refit the black rubber cover. Other things to note The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 4 additional infants (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided Private driveway with off street parking for 4 cars 1 travel cot and 1 high chair available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided 1 medium sized dog is welcome for an additional £40 per booking. Hen, Stag and other same sex groups are not permitted Commercial and work related bookings are not permitted Events are not permitted without prior consent This property may not be booked by a third party or agent on behalf of somebody else A security deposit is required at this property Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00 Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service on a Monday at 10:30 and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied.
