The space Facing the sea and perched within the Esterel Natural Park like an eagle’s nest overlooking the Mediterranean, Villa Mezza Luna offers a breathtaking panorama with stunning views of the Lérins Islands, Cannes, and the Southern Alps in the background. Nestled in complete tranquility at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa is located within a secure private estate with controlled access (electric gate with remote control). The villa offers approximately 145 m² of fully air-conditioned living space. Featuring 3 bedrooms and accommodating up to 6 guests, the property boasts a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the sea, the Esterel hills, and the swimming pool. A charming patio, centered around an ancient olive tree and furnished with a large corner sofa and two generous parasols, creates the perfect setting for relaxing afternoon naps or convivial moments with family and friends. Optional (additional charge): 1 air-conditioned annex (17 m²) with a private access code, accommodating 2 additional guests in bunk beds, with a shower room and toilet (no TV). €30 per night, payable on arrival. A wrought-iron table with two benches and additional seating comfortably accommodates six guests for outdoor dining or refreshments. Several terraces surround the property on different levels, including private terrace access from the bedrooms. The private 6m x 4m swimming pool is secured by handcrafted wrought-iron safety railings, lockable gates, and an alarm system. Guests can enjoy six sun loungers with mattresses, four deck chairs with floating water mattresses, inflatable toys for children, beach buckets and spades, as well as flotation aids and children’s swimwear for ages 3 to 6. Thanks to its exceptional location above the Port de la Figueirette and its nearby beaches, close to the hidden coves of Cap Roux that remain largely untouched even during the peak season, Villa Mezza Luna provides the ideal setting for a nature-filled, relaxing, and active holiday with family or friends, combining comfort, space, and serenity. The beaches, coves, and Port de la Figueirette are only a 5-minute drive away (less than 3 km on foot) and offer a range of amenities including a grocery store, restaurants, marina services, water sports activities, and seasonal entertainment. A complimentary shuttle service provided by the municipality connects guests to the town center of Théoule-sur-Mer, located 8 km away. During the summer season, a maritime shuttle departing from the port allows visitors to discover the beauty of the Cannes coastline. The Trayas train station, located just 3 km away, makes it easy to leave the car behind and avoid traffic congestion. Cannes can be reached in only 15 minutes, Saint-Raphaël in 20 minutes, Nice city center in 55 minutes, and Monaco in approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, while enjoying one of the most spectacular railway journeys along the French Riviera coastline. Please note that Villa Mezza Luna was introduced to the seasonal rental market only in summer 2025, as renovation and enhancement works took longer than expected. As a result, it is a recent addition to Airbnb and currently has only a few guest reviews. We would like to warmly thank our first guests for their trust and support. Beach mats, beach umbrellas, and traditional foutas are provided free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included. A safe is available for guests’ use. To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, a minimum stay of 10 nights may apply during certain periods.
