Spectacular holiday home by the Baltic Sea

A holiday home for the larger families, the house can take up to 12 guests. This amazing place is right next to the Baltic sea with a wonderful ocean view. The house is about 200 sqm. Here you can hangout with total privacy. By the sea there is a jetty (not sailboat depth) about 1.5 m deep. During the summer months June-July, the weekly rent is given priority. Please e-mail and ask if you want to rent only for a weekend. Midsummer weekend is only rented out from Thursday - Sunday. The space The house has a private and secluded location where you can relax. The land is quite large and offers plenty of space to have fun. Kick around with a football, play badminton, boule, shooting soft air gun, practicing golf or what suits you best. Midsummer weekend is only rented out from Thursday - Sunday. Other long weekends/holiday season such as Christmas, New Year and Easter are also only rented out for a minimum of 4 days. Guest access They will have access to 2 floors in the main building, as well as all the patios and the sea sauna on the inside of our jetty. During weekend rentals include duvets and pillows, but not bed linen that the tenant themself has to bring with them. Other things to note Security Information For your safety and the safety of the property, there are outdoor cameras installed as part of the building's perimeter security. The cameras are located at entrances and driveways and are directed only at exterior areas. They are only activated when someone passes by and never monitor indoor areas or private living areas. The purpose is solely to protect the property from unauthorized visitors. As a guest, you have full privacy throughout your stay.
