Come and recharge your batteries in this typical little hamlet in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais! Ideal for hiking, trail running, mountain biking, road biking or simply taking the time to relax. You can access the GTML (Grand Tour des Monts du Lyonnais) 1 km away, the GR7 5 km away, or numerous other trails close to the house. The space We offer a studio located in an outbuilding of our farmhouse. It consists of: - a 20-square-meter bedroom equipped with a double bed, - a bathroom with large Italian shower and bathtub, - a toilet, - a cellar equipped with a tea room (Nespresso coffee machine + kettle) and a small refrigerator. Currently, the accommodation is not equipped with a kitchen. You will have easy access to several supermarkets within 5 minutes, a supermarket within 15 minutes and many restaurants within 15 minutes. Guest access The outdoor areas are shared with our home. Other things to note All adult guests are required to present ID. House Rules: Rental duration This place is rented to you for a period of time when you book. Under no circumstances will a guest be able to claim any right to remain on the premises outside of this period. Check-in and Check-out - Check-in times are in the afternoon from 5pm. - Check-out times are in the morning before 12pm. - Upon arrival, you will be given the keys and the house rules, which can be found in the welcome booklet. Supplies provided - This accommodation is rented with bedding (bed bases and mattresses), duvets and pillows. You must leave the fitted sheets and mattress protectors that cover the mattresses, pillows and duvets. - Sheets and other linens (bedding, towels, tea towels...) are provided. - A refrigerator is at your disposal. - A tea and coffee making area with a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle is available. A few coffee capsules and herbal tea bags are available for self-service (quantity depending on length of stay and number of people). Use of the premises - All the furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean. - The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long if you use the heater. - All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything into the toilet except toilet paper. - Each access door to the accommodation is equipped with a lock. Make sure to close them thoroughly, along with the windows, when you leave the premises. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this clause. Safety and decorum guidelines - Please respect the tranquility of the premises and make use of it in accordance with its intended purpose. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. In case of conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude customers causing the trouble. - For the respect of the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 7 a.m. in the morning. - It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation. - In case of emergency, please call 18 for firefighters, 15 for Samu, 17 for police, 112 for cell phones). - For the duration of the stay, children are under the responsibility of their parents. The Nordic bath located in the garden may pose a drowning hazard. It is strictly forbidden to remove the lids or to walk on them. - The owner cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for accidents or damage that may occur on the property. Cleaning Cleaning is included in the rental. However, the accommodation must be returned in a good condition. Additional guests Hosting unregistered extra guests is not permitted. Animals Pets are strictly prohibited, with the exception of service dogs. Parking spot A vehicle can be parked in front of the courtyard gate. Please make sure to leave enough space for other vehicles to pass (the milk collection truck passes along the road every other morning). Grill - You can use the shared barbecue. Please inform the owners to prevent simultaneous use. - It is forbidden to use the gas plancha located near the barbecue. Maintenance We may need to come by during your stay to mow the lawn, water the flowers, etc. We will make sure to respect your privacy. If there is a problem - In case of breakdown or malfunction, please let us know immediately. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No troubleshooting or repair refunds will be taken into account without our consent. - In case of breakage, loss or damage please report it during your trip, even if no damage seems apparent.
