Resort style accommodation with views -Lammermoor

Our beautiful resort style beach home is 10 years old located just 2mins walk to lovely Lammermoor Beach. It is 5mins drive to Rosslyn Bay Harbour where you can dine by the marina, buy fresh seafood or jump on one of the many boating options to famous Great Keppel Island. If you are here during the whale season (July-October) you can do a whale watching cruise. It is only 10mins drive to Yeppoon CBD where you can enjoy the many restaurants, coffee shops or seaside shopping. The space Guests have a beautiful room with a view and a comfortable queen size bed. Outside this room you can sit and enjoy the scenery on your veranda area. You have private use of the stunning master bathroom, separate toilet and also have use of the downstairs lounge room with reclining leather chairs overlooking the pool. There is a kitchenette/laundry which is available for your convenience with kettle, toaster, full size fridge & microwave for your use. (please note the Laundry is a shared area) Guest have private access to and from their room and are welcome to use the pool and garden area. You will have fast free internet access. Nearby attractions: Yeppoon CBD, Yeppoon Lagoon Precinct, Great Keppel Island, North Keppel Island, Pumpkin Island, Cooberrie Park Wildlife Sanctuary, Capricorn Coast National Park, Keppel Bay Marina, Emu Park, Koorana Crocodile Farm, Rockhampton (closest airport), Capricorn Caves. Guest access Guests have access to their room, main bathroom, toilet, Lounge room, Kitchenette/Laundry, pool & downstairs veranda & garden area. Guest will have direct access to their bedroom from the verandah to allow more privacy. You will have fast free internet access. During your stay Guests can have complete privacy and minimal interaction with host as and when required. You are living in our home in one of our downstairs bedrooms and will have private access to and from this room. We will be available for any queries in person, via text message or phone call. Other things to note The Kitchenette/laundry area is our Laundry so is a shared area at times however we try to keep this to a minimum during your stay. Guest also have access to a washing machine and dryer. Please ask for instructions before using. We ask that you do not smoke on this property. Upstairs is where we reside and this is our private area. We ask that you please keep all areas clean and tidy. Please do not eat or have food in the bedroom.
