Other things to note We've worked hard to make our home feel comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped for families and friends to enjoy their time together. The home includes bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in every bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, serving utensils, baking dishes, grilling tools, and most of the everyday items you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. A Keurig coffee maker is provided with a starter supply of coffee, but if you have a favorite blend or specialty pods, we encourage you to bring them along. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and three Smart TVs are provided for your entertainment. We do not offer cable or satellite television, but guests are welcome to sign into their own streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube TV, or others during their stay. Outside, you'll find plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the property. Guests have access to the heated swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court, batting cage, fire pit, stocked catch-and-release fishing pond, canoe, children's kayaks, cornhole, Spikeball, and other outdoor games. A propane grill is available with propane provided, and a spare propane tank is located in the detached garage should it ever be needed. While we provide many recreational amenities, we ask that guests help us care for them during their stay. Please close the automatic pool cover whenever the pool is not in use, place the pool cleaning robot on its charger while swimming, rinse its filter basket if needed, and return it to the pool when finished so it can continue cleaning. A hot tub vacuum is also available should leaves or debris accumulate. These simple steps help keep everything clean and ready for both your family and future guests. A few additional notes will help ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay. Please bring your own firewood and fire starters if you plan to enjoy the fire pit. Guests wishing to fish should also bring their own fishing equipment. The pond is catch-and-release only, and swimming is not permitted. Life jackets are provided for use with the canoe and kayaks, and we encourage guests to wear them whenever on the water. The indoor fireplaces and decorative firewood are not available for guest use. If you plan to use the batting cage, please bring your own bats, helmets, and baseballs or softballs. Fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Most importantly, our home was designed as a place where families and friends can gather, reconnect, and create lasting memories. While we understand that guests may enjoy alcoholic beverages responsibly, our property is not intended to host large parties, excessive drinking, or disruptive gatherings.
