Charming Cotswold Cottage

Pretty 3 bedroom cottage in the heart of the Cotswolds on the edge of Broadwell village. It is a five minute drive to Stow on Wold. Delightful garden, lovely views. The cottage is cosy and traditional with exposed beams. Due to the nature of the cottage please bear in mind the low ceilings and small door frames. Broadwell has a lovely pub - The Fox Inn, with traditional ales and food. Very close to Daylesford Farm and Soho Farm House. The space The Cottage has a sitting/dinning room, a TV area and small kitchen. There are three bedrooms, all with Double beds. There is one bathroom and one shower room. There is a pretty garden with a Summer House, two outdoor seating areas with lovely views and a BBQ. Guest access There is parking for 3 cars. The nearest train stations are Kingham or Moreton in Marsh. There is a Tescos in Stow on the Wold and an Aldi and CoOp in Moreton in Marsh. Daylesford Farm Shop is 5 minute drive away and Soho Farm House is half and hour away. Bedroom 3 is in the Studio above the garage - with stairs to access it. It has lovely views and its own shower room. Other things to note Please note that the third bedroom is separate to the house. It has a king size bed and its own shower room. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs in the main cottage. The ceilings are rather low and have beams.
