Welcome to rent the whole Lotsgård! Here you have the opportunity to gather the whole group and rent all our guest accommodations on the property – perfect for larger families, groups of friends, and groups who want to stay together in a unique rural environment. Lotsgård is also a perfect place to celebrate and create memories together – whether it's a birthday, a hen party, a stag party or any other similar event! **NOTE:** We as hosts live on the property, but you have access to all common areas. The space When you rent the entire Lotsgård, you have access to the property's common areas, where the whole group can gather, hang out and have fun together. This is our home. We expect guests to treat it with care and respect. Our barn is a perfect gathering place with a country and Western-inspired setting and is equipped with: • Darts • Smoke machine • Speakers • Small fridge • Tables and chairs • Projector with projection screen • PlayStation 4 Here you can gather, play games, watch movies, listen to music and spend time together – whether the sun is shining or the weather is rainy. In the pool area, there is also our saltwater pool and sauna. The pool is heated from April 19 to October 19 and can also be used at other times, but without heating. ⸻ Please feel free to click on our profile to see all the details, amenities and photos of the various apartments. ⸻ NOTE: From October 19 to April 19, The Wagon and one of the cottages are not available. During this period, we offer 21 beds. At other times, we offer 27 beds. ⸻ The Stable at Lotsgård A charming apartment in a converted stable environment with room for 5 guests. There are two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. A unique property with a rustic feel. ⸻ Sheriff's Quarter at Lotsgård A cozy apartment with room for 3 guests. It features one bedroom and an extra sleeping space (camp bed), as well as a kitchen with beautiful brick details. ⸻ The Bunkhouse at Lotsgård An apartment in the barn with room for 5 guests. There are two bedrooms and an extra sleeping space (camp bed), a simple and practical layout, and close proximity to the pool area. A relaxed place to stay with a country feel. ⸻ The Wagon at Lotsgård A charming mobile home with space for 4 guests. There are two bedrooms and cozy accommodations right next to the pool. ⸻ The cabins at Lotsgård On the property, there are four simpler cabins that offer cozy accommodation close to nature. One of the cottages is located by the road next to the stable's patio, while the other three are located right by the pool area. NOTE: The cottages have no running water and no private bathroom. ⸻ 🧺 Practical info Bedding • Bring your own duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases. Cleaning • A checklist and instructions are available in all accommodations. • Guests are responsible for cleaning before check-out. Laundry facilities • A small shared laundry room is available next to the barn. ⸻ 🏊 Pool & rules • All use of the pool is at your own risk. • Heated saltwater pool from April 19 to October 19. During the period from October 19 to April 19, the pool is not heated, but it can still be used. • If the pool is not available during your stay, during the period when it should normally be open, due to technical problems or damage, a 20% discount will be offered on the entire stay. ⸻ 🔥 Barbecuing • Gas grill by the pool area • Charcoal grills are available on the patios • Charcoal, briquettes and lighter fluid are to be brought by guests ⸻ 📍 Location The place is close to the highway, which can mean some noise. However, most people do not find this disturbing. The farm is located along a country road where there is also heavy traffic. The property is perfectly located for those of you who want to combine relaxation with outings: • Only 30 minutes to Gekås Ullared – one of Sweden's most popular shopping destinations • 14 minutes to Skrea Strand – one of the west coast's finest beaches • 13 minutes to Lilla Napoli – award-winning Neapolitan pizza • 8 minutes to Björkängs Havsbad – child-friendly beach and nature • 6 minutes to Thuressons Kött & Chark – high-quality local delicacies • 20 minutes to Varberg – charming coastal town with spa, restaurants and shopping • 10 minutes to Falkenberg • 3 minutes away from the farm, there is a smaller, unmanned 24/7 store • 4 minutes away is Handlarn, a smaller grocery store Guest access Each property has its own private patio. Otherwise, you have free access to the pool area and all common areas. Other things to note Parking Free parking is available in the field adjacent to the property. Pets Sorry, pets are not allowed. On the farm In the courtyard, we, Elin and Marcus, live together with our two Shetland Sheepdogs. They love to play and can sometimes bark a bit in the morning and evening. They only move around within a fenced area in our backyard, but if they do come up to you, they are very friendly.
