The 1930s house was renovated in 2011 and was a home of the year finalist. It is situated at the foothills of the Commeragh mountains and overlooking the river Suir. It is a 10 minute walk to the Suir Blue Way which has 53km of paddling routes and a 21 km cycle route. Abundant walks and hikes in the Commeraghs and Slievnamon. Bikes provided. Numerous beaches within 45min drive. The house is just three miles from Clonmel and less than an hour to Waterford, Kilkenny and Cork. The space Guests have the use of a large kitchen, dining room and living room. Also two large bedrooms en suite. A large patio over looks 2 acres of mature gardens with river aces through the adjoining field.
