Situated on the edge of the South Downs National Park and only a short drive from the lively city of Brighton, this beautifully designed escape offers a unique blend of character, modern comforts, and stunning natural scenery. Perfect for couples, solo travellers, or friends. The space features a generous open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed oak beams, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need, and the cosy dining area provides a lovely spot for relaxed meals or a morning coffee. Upstairs, a mezzanine overlooking the main living space offers a snug reading nook and a double sofa bed, ideal for curling up with a good book or accommodating one guest. The main bedroom is on the ground floor, featuring a super comfortable double bed with soft linens. The guest suite is situated in the garden of our quiet, rural property surrounded by open fields and walking paths. Step outside to enjoy fresh country air and the gentle sounds of nature. Located just 5 minutes from Lewes, a charming and historic market town, there’s plenty to explore nearby. Wander through cobbled streets, visit Lewes Castle, and enjoy local shops, galleries, cafes, and pubs. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a walking holiday, or a peaceful retreat, this oak-framed guest suite offers a warm welcome and a genuinely relaxing stay. Guest access Guests have access to a private parking space located directly next to the suite, providing easy arrival and departure. Outside the suite, there’s a small patio area with seating—perfect for evening drinks. You’re also welcome to enjoy the garden area in front of the suite, where you can relax and take in the peaceful rural surroundings. Other things to note The suite has a Smart TV with access to all streaming services (own accounts required). There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower (please note that this is not a power shower). We provide plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar, so you can have a cuppa as soon as you arrive.
