A house in the middle of nowhere, with no neighbors, in a secluded forest, offers peace and a getaway into nature, 45 minutes from Zagreb. Completely NEWLY solar-powered – electricity and automatic and HOT water 😄 Also new are Wi-Fi and a projector for watching MaxTV and Netflix. Spring water comes from the municipal water supply and is safe to drink. Sometimes, in the event of high temperatures, the spring takes a break, but the diligent cisterns are filled with drinking water every day. Nature moves at its own pace, relax. The space The house is located on Mount Žumberak above Bregana, at an altitude of 690 meters above sea level. The last 10 minutes drive is on a curve road at 30hrs/hour. There are no neighbors 1 km away, nor shops nearby. The first shop is Studenac in Grdanjci, a 15-minute drive away. Guest access All rooms are available Other things to note Dear future guests, you may have read in the reviews that there was no electricity or hot water. It is unlikely that this will happen again because a completely new solar system has been installed, replacing the system that was 20 years old. We look forward to your arrival 😘
