One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor has 1 double bed + 1 optional extra bed; the other bedroom has 1 double bed (bunk bed style) + 2 single beds. The house sleeps 10 (+2) people, but the price shown is for 6, which means there is no need to open the upstairs floor, maintaining all the services and amenities of the house. When we exceed 6 people we have to open the second floor (with what this implies a cleaning fee, laundry, water and light) and a plus more is charged per person per day, for each person from the 6th + €40 additional cleaning costs. There is an entire bathroom on each floor. The dining/living room (with air conditioning) and the kitchen are on the ground floor, from where you can access a 10-square-meter terrace right at the entrance (ideal for breakfast or snacks) and the 150-square-meter private garden with a barbecue (with a large table under a pergola) and a solarium. It does not have private parking, but no parking issues. The municipal pool is less than 100 meters from the house.
