The first floor features a living room with a 70-inch Smart TV, a dining area, and the primary bedroom, which includes a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and a 70-inch Smart TV. The second floor has one bedroom with a full-size bed and a 65-inch Smart TV. The third bedroom features a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom, a twin-size mattress on top, and a pull-out twin trundle bed, providing three beds in total. This bedroom also has a 42-inch TV. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom. The home also includes a dedicated home-office area with a desk and executive chair, as well as a terrace with outdoor lounge furniture overlooking the pool. Parking is available for two vehicles inside the property and up to four additional vehicles outside. Guest access “It features parking for two mid-sized cars inside, and comfortably fits up to four more cars outside. The area is very quiet, safe, and touristic, surrounded by nature and lush greenery.” ✅ Other things to note Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas, such as the garden and terrace. The swimming pool is heated. To help maintain its temperature, please cover it with the thermal pool cover after you have finished using it each day. The pool bar area includes a refrigerator to keep your drinks cold, high bar stools, and a Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment. Pets must remain in the garden and terrace areas at all times. Pets are not allowed inside the house. Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking are allowed to enter and stay on the property. Additional visitors or guests are not permitted under any circumstances. We provide: * 1 towel per guest. * 4 shampoo packets per full bathroom. * Basic kitchen equipment and utensils, including frying pans, a cooking pot, blender, ovens, coffee maker, cutlery, and a knife set. Charcoal, salt, cooking oil, pepper, and other seasonings or condiments are not provided. If you would like to use the grill, you will need to provide your own charcoal. However, the grill is hybrid and can be used with either gas or charcoal. Gas IS included with your reservation. Please keep in mind that the property is located in a wooded countryside area, so mosquitoes and other insects naturally found in the region may be present during certain seasons. The house is equipped with window and door screens to help keep insects out, but occasional insects are a normal part of the surrounding natural environment.
