Walk towards the newly build T-Mobile District entertainment center, where you find live music and great restaurants for a beautiful night in San Juan! The space The apartment has a dinning area, equipped with a convenient kitchenette. With a full bathroom with shower and a small closet. The cozy bedroom has a quality queen bed and a quiet A/C unit. Located in the second floor, easy access to lobby in any case needed. Whether you are on business travel or vacationing this location offers you everything you need and more. Our apartment is equipped with a beautiful kitchen; microwave, refrigerator and electric cooktop. Is also equipped with coffee maker, toaster, utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pan. Will you be traveling with 2, 3,? - don’t worry we have one queen bed and futon sofa bed and you can accommodate up to a small group of 3 (pillows included). Please contact me and tell me what I can do to host you on your trip. Guest access Our check-in time starts at 3:00 PM on the day of your reservation. If you plan to arrive right after midnight (e.g., at 1:00 AM), you would need to book the night before to guarantee immediate access to the property. This is because our check-out time is 11:00 AM, and we need time to prepare the space for new arrivals. If you are arriving a couple hours earlier than 3:00 PM and you like to check-in earlier, please ask in advance to see if an exception can be made. We offer two parking options during your stay: Indoor Parking: Secure parking inside the building is available for an additional fee of USD 25 for the entire stay. You will receive a parking permit to display on your vehicle's dashboard once parked. Free Street Parking: If you prefer, you may also park on the main street in front of the building. However, please note that street parking is limited to the same side as the building, and availability can be scarce throughout the day. Other things to note We provide four towels per stay to ensure your comfort. If you require additional towels, we offer a mid-stay housekeeping service for an extra fee. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs! As your host, I want to ensure you have the best possible experience, understanding how special your vacation is. Please note that Puerto Rico's infrastructure occasionally experiences spontaneous power, water, or internet outages. While the building has a generator for common areas and elevators, there is no generator for the apartment itself. If uninterrupted services are essential to your stay, I recommend booking a listing with a generator or staying at a hotel. No refunds will be issued for power, water, or internet outages. We appreciate your understanding in situations beyond our control. WEATHER/CANCELATIONS Weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in Puerto Rico, such as tropical storms, and hurricanes during hurricane season, are not covered for cancelations. We encourage guests to research warnings, and we highly recommend purchasing travelers' insurance during the hurricane season, and make sure you have your own cancellation policy.
