Large holiday home with garden

The cozy holiday home is furnished in typical Bavarian style. This includes: - 2 bedrooms -living room - 1bathrooms & closet separate - restroom with sink - eat-in kitchen -huge terrace and garden train connection to Munich & Tegernsee The space The eat-in kitchen is perfect for cooking and a cozy get-together. In the livingroom you find a flat-screen TV and a sofa-bed, where a fifth guest can stay. The two bedrooms are both furnished with a huge doublebed, a wardrobe and a dresser. The bedroom on the first floor has an additional sofa-bed for a sixth guest. The terrace and the garden are a great place to relax in nice weather. We have prepared two sunbeds for you and there are also outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner outside. Guest access The apartment contains the complete ground floor and the first (floor upstairs) floor of the house. Other things to note The house is a perfect base for hikking- and skiing trips. Or you go to one of our beautiful nearby lakes Tegernsee, Schliersee or Kirchsee and spend a day on the beach. Nearby (ca. 200m) you find a supermarket, an ice cream parlour and a Bavarian restaurant in the center of the village, which has been in some German movies due to its idyllic beauty.
