A place where comfort and decoration go hand in hand, offering an ideal setting to fully savor nature and the art de vivre of Ronçois. | THE SPACE The villa consists of: ▪️ A living room featuring a modern, stylish sofa with two rattan armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV, followed by an area with a bench that is perfect for reading ▪️ a dining room with a wooden dining table for 4 people and a sideboard ▪️ A fully equipped open kitchen: Tassimo coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, range hood ▪️ 2 comfortable bedrooms | First bedroom upstairs: 1 bed 160 x 200 with dressing room | Second bedroom upstairs: 2 90 x 200 cm beds ▪️A bathroom with washing machine (ground floor) ▪️ Separate toilet ▪️ a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the wooded garden. Relax in the outdoor sunbeds and enjoy the outdoor dining table. Bed and bath linen ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental. If you would like to take advantage of this OPTION, please let us know when you book, and NO LATER THAN 15 DAYS before your check-in. A security deposit of €800 will be required after booking. This will be done via a bank hold a few days before your arrival.
