The space The house with sea view on the upper floor is about 150 meters from the sea and swimming area. With walking and cycling distance there are shopping centers, pharmacy and grocery store. The house has large social areas as well as 3 bedrooms with beds and an extra room with the possibility to sleep on air mattresses of 90 and 150 cm respectively. Laundry room with washing and drying facilities. Two large bathrooms with shower facilities and one with a bathtub. The back of the house offers sun all day and evening. Terrace awning is available for the possibility of a shaded dining area. Dining area, smaller breakfast/coffee table and lounge furniture are available, as well as outdoor kitchen and charcoal grill. Guest access Entire house and garden excluding garage. Other things to note Duvets, pillows and towels are available for 8 beds/persons. Guests provide their own bedding. Bed linens can also be rented for SEK 150 per bed. Please let us know when booking if you wish. Payment is made separately to the host according to agreement. Full cleaning of the house is carried out by the tenants before departure and the house is left in such condition as was upon entry. Cleaning equipment can be found in the house. The possibility of booking final cleaning for a fee of SEK 1800. In that case, this needs to be communicated to the landlord when booking and paid separately to the host as agreed. It is absolutely prohibited to smoke inside or around the house or on the garden. No shoes or animals are permitted to have inside the home. It is forbidden to have a party. Please respect these house rules. — Duvets, pillows and towels are available for 8 beds/persons. The guest brings their own bed linens. Before you check out you need to clean the house and leave it in the same condition as when you checked-in. If you want, you can book final cleaning for a fee of SEK 1800. In this case, we needs to be notified when booking and pay separate. It is not allowed to smoke inside or outside the house. Shoes and animals are not allowed in the house.
