Parking We do not provide parking spaces in our units, but you will find parking nearby on Rua Tabatinguera 482. R$ 10.00 for a period of 12 hours. Cleaning ● Garbage disposal in -1 Underground. NOTE: ● Violations of the Condominium Rules will result in a charge of R$200. In cases of fines, the amount can reach up to R$500. ● Common areas are subject to unavailability due to occasional maintenance or preventive cleaning. ● Pets are not allowed. ● Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. ● After registering guests, it is not possible to exchange them. The concierge is not authorized to release the wait in common areas of the building before check-in. ● We are not responsible for Lost & Found in the apartment. ● Some of the buildings we operate in use facial recognition or biometric systems for entry. For this reason, our team may request the registration of a photo during your pre-check-in to facilitate access to the building.
