Cottage in Auvergne - B&B - Twin bedroom

Home Stay with Breakfast included. We offer a further 2 bedrooms for another 4 guests. We welcome you to our 250 year old converted pair of farm cottages with a large barn attached. Laval-sur-Doulon is a small rural village in the Haute-Loire county of Auvergne with outstanding views and walks. For anyone wanting a calm and quiet stay with a good night sleep, then our home is ideal. Noel is fluent in French and English, and Sue in English. We have a small friendly sausage dog. The space We offer one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer and towels. We have another double bedroom with shared shower-room and toilet, hairdryer and towels. We also have a twin room with shared shower-room and toilet, hairdryer and towels. Guest access Guests can use the main living area (lounge/dining room), shared shower room and toilet for the twin bedroom, garden, patio and drive. During your stay We offer a home-stay experience. As we are at home throughout the day, we are available for any queries about the local area etc ... Other things to note We are both non-smokers but we don't mind guests smoking providing it is outdoors. We thank you not to invite strangers into our home without prior agreement. Please keep noise level to a minimum after 10pm. Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival and need to be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
