The structure is a two-storey building consisting of two independent two-room apartments. Each apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (or double bed and single bed), a kitchen complete with all household appliances, a bathroom with shower. Inside the kitchens there is a sofa bed. The property is located in the historic center of Porto Cesareo where, a few meters away, there are bars, restaurants, a pharmacy. Only in the summer, there is a shuttle stop near the structure that takes you to the equipped beaches of Porto Cesareo.
