Casa Alfazema is an example of Algarve architecture and decoration. A comfortable, spacious house in perfect balance with the surrounding rural environment, characterized by a dispersed housing cluster, where, with total tranquility and comfort, you can enjoy a calm atmosphere and the pleasures of the Algarve countryside and, at the same time, benefit from the proximity of the cities of Faro and Olhão, with their traditional markets and modern Shopping Centers, as well as their beaches and the Ria Formosa. The space Casa Alfazema is an example of Algarve architecture and decoration. A spacious vacation home in the countryside, equipped with an outdoor pool. It consists of a suite (bedroom and bathroom) on the first floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. It includes a large porch, which includes the barbecue. This is complemented by an adjoining lawn with shade trees. There are also two terraces on the 1st floor with views of the mountain (interior) and the Ria Formosa and the sea, which can be used as solariums, in addition to the one around the pool. My property includes a rustic part that integrates different species of fruit trees - various citrus fruits, almond trees, persimmon trees, quince trees, fig trees, loquat trees, pomegranate trees and also carob trees and olive trees. Customers will be able to taste the fruits of the season. The property features ample private parking, where at least 4 vehicles can be parked. Because I greatly appreciate the calm environments of the rural environment, which integrate the traditional agricultural cultures of the Algarve, I consider that my property is in an ideal place to enjoy a quiet and safe vacation. In addition, this area has great biodiversity. Therefore, I suggest taking walks on the paths of the surrounding area, as a way to fully enjoy this nature. Guests will benefit from a cozy and almost familiar atmosphere, as this is our way of welcoming them. Although I am not present, I will always be available to provide for the resolution of any issues that arise during the guests' stay. Our local employees, who will frequently come to care for the interior of the house and for maintenance outside, will be available, whenever necessary, to resolve any emergency detected. Casa Alfazema is located in a very quiet rural environment, where it is often possible to enjoy the passage of flocks of sheep grazing and leisure horse riding. We can also appreciate, in the respective seasons, the almond trees in bloom and various agricultural crops, namely nuts and olives. Attentive to the great biodiversity of the area, numerous plant species characteristic of Mediterranean environments and various animal species, namely birds, can be observed. The circulation of vehicles is very limited, only for access to the few houses in the area, which is therefore quite calm. Public transport is about 3 km away, in the center of the parish of Pechão, and it is relatively easy to travel by taxi, indicating the name of the house and, if possible, the respective GPS coordinates. Casa Alfazema, although located in the countryside, is very close to the cities of Olhão and Faro, as well as Faro airport and some beaches. _________________________________________ To comply with Municipal Regulations (Municipality of Olhão), from April 1 to October 31, a Municipal Tourist Tax of 2.00 euros per night and per guest aged 16 years or over will be charged, up to a maximum of 5 nights. For the rest of the year, the fee will be 1 euro under the same conditions. Guest access Guests have access to all the bedrooms and bathrooms, as they wish, the living room, kitchen and laundry, the porch/barbecue, the terraces, the swimming pool and the spaces surrounding the house.
