The home is air-conditioned throughout with a wooden fireplace also, on-site parking, fully fenced yard. The price is per night for 2 guests, minimum 2 night stay. Extra guests are charged at $75.00 per person per night . The space Three queen size bedrooms and one bedroom that has 2 single beds. If the house is booked for 2 guests, we ask for only the required bedroom & bathroom to be used. If extra beds are used, extra charges will apply due to the extra laundry and cleaning required. Guest access There is plenty of parking available on site. There is huge backyard with a massive concrete slab on which you can park a caravan or boat as well. Other things to note Please be mindful that the property is located within a neighbourhood and keep noises at a reasonable level. Thank you. Strictly no smoking inside the house please.
