Home in Beaumont

Welcome to our home! Our lovely house is situated in a quiet residential area but is close to all local amenities, including supermarkets, a local park, restaurants and bars. Tourists will love our home as it gives you chance to live like a local Dubliner in a nice residential area of Dublin, just 20 minutes from both the City Centre and the Airport. This is a very convenient location, especially if you are intending to visit Croke Park, Clontarf, DCU, Trinity College or the Convention Centre. The space This is our home, it is a typical home in a Dublin suburb, it is about 40 years old and will make a great base for your visit to Dublin! The house is quite spacious with parking and a backyard. Our spare bedroom has a king size (5foot) bed with lots of built in storage , it is bright, warm and comfortable! Guest access You will have access to your own private bedroom with storage. There is only one shower and toilet in the house, you will share it with us. Please feel comfortable in our home but we do not permit guests to cook meals in our kitchen, you are welcome to make tea/toast and help yourself to cereal and fruit for breakfast and to use our sitting room for television or reading. During your stay We both work in the city centre and lead typically busy lives but when we can we would love to sit down and chat with our guests. We have lots of local recommendations which we'll share with you! Other things to note No smoking please- smoking only in outside area. No cooking please- but you are welcome to make tea and coffee and help yourself to toast/fruit/cereal for breakfast. Please respect our house like your own home, please do not invite any visitors to our home and please keep noise to a minimum in the neighbourhood.
