Located on the 1st floor or 1st & 2nd floors, these rooms are ideal for a family or a group of 3 or 4. Garden area ideal for a chill out cup of tea, coffee, wine or beer, fridge & glasses provided. Guest access Outdoor garden area During your stay Often available Other things to note The private bathroom adjacent to one of the rooms does not have a huge shower cubicle, only one guest has struggled with it all other guests have been fine with it, however it may not be ideal, you may have to use the handheld if you are a taller (6ft+) or broader person. Should you require 2 ensuite rooms, please enquire. Breakfast consists of Croissants, Pastries & Cereal Tea & Coffee. Kettle & Coffee machine in each room, along with Mini Fridge. We are surrounded by cafes and restaurants that serve excellent breakfasts, please enquire for one night bookings. Nearby parking available at £25 per week, please ask. Bedding changed weekly for longer stays. Please note your room is cleaned when you depart, no daily chambermaid service is provided. Bins & Mugs changed when necessary. Please note the large En-Suite is on the 2nd floor and is accessed via a narrower, slightly steeper staircase. If you wish to have rooms on the same floor, please request this when booking and I will try to accommodate. Should you require 2 en suites please enquire.we do have a very friendly dog that lives in the lower part of the house with us, he does have access to the upper floors however we avoid him being upstairs when breakfast trays are served.
