Dream cottage near Kazan. Family house with garden, bathhouse

The best place for children is the Dacha! A wooden cottage with a fireplace, a wood-fired bath and a garden. Surrounded by wild nature! This fun house is a real adventure for your family. It is filled with unique items from distant travels: clay dishes, original toys, handmade textiles, and other treasures. The landscaped area around is a real quest for your children: we have a sandbox with toys, a pond, a football field and lots of gnarled trees for climbing. The space The house was built in 2012. It is made of pine logs, the second floor is made of boards and insulated. Its unique design and coziness are the fruit of our many years of work. This house is a real family nest. It is a witness to the happiest moments in our family's life. It is fully equipped for small children - there are high chairs, pots, cots, toys, a sandbox and an inflatable pool. Our garden is full of birds, it is full of bird nests, chirping and trills in the garden do not stop. Crucian carps and newts live in the pond, and lizards scurry along the hot terraces. In the evenings, frog choirs are heard from the surrounding lakes, and nightingales sing all night long. The breakfast veranda offers a wonderful view of the field and forest. Our plot is the last one and therefore nature surrounds it. There are strawberry fields nearby, lots of clean lakes for swimming and fishing. Guest access We have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a fireplace and a winter kitchen. Around the house there is a huge glazed veranda with a summer kitchen, a dining table for 8 people and a chill-out area. Panoramic windows will allow you to cook and admire the surrounding scenery. The kitchen has a lot of different dishes for cooking and serving. There is absolutely everything and even more: a dish with a lid for barbecue, an Uzbek dish for pilaf, vases for flowers, glasses and wine glasses, salad bowls, casseroles and rosettes. For festive table settings, there are sets of plates in different styles. There is also a brazier, grills, and a cauldron for pilaf. Around the house there are terraces with outdoor furniture and an inflatable pool. Even in the rainiest weather it is clean, thanks to the lawns and terrace board. The bath is a real Russian, fragrant, wood-fired, with rainwater! It is paid separately - 2000 rubles for heating. We don't have a TV on principle, but the mobile internet works well. Other things to note For long-term rentals, longer than 5 days, we need to visit the site to take care of the garden and mow the lawn. The bath can accommodate 4 people at a time.
