“La Dolce Vita” House

Treat yourself to a relaxing break at the "La Dolce Vita" house, a small, quiet cocoon, ideal for a stay for a couple or a small family. This entire accommodation and its private garden with trees offer an environment close to the sea and nature. Within the residence, you can enjoy two swimming pools, two tennis courts, a pétanque court, and a private parking space in a quiet environment. Ideally located between the towns of Sète and Montpellier (20 minutes) The space A real little cozy place that has been completely tastefully renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a high counter that accommodates 4 guests with its stools. A fridge-freezer, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils are provided. The living room has 2 sofas, 1 of which can be used as an extra bed for a child (120/200) (this is the second bed), a TV, a coffee table, Wi-Fi and plenty of storage. A bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin with storage, as well as a toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 cm/200 cm bed, as well as a wardrobe. The residence is equipped with 2 large swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, 1 bocce court, and ping-pong tables. These amenities are free with wristbands provided by the lessor and to be returned at the end of the stay. The residence is closed and guarded. To get there, the TGV train station or the Saint-Roch train station in Montpellier are 25 minutes away. The TER train station in the charming village of Mireval is 5 minutes away. The town of Sète is 25 minutes away. The beautiful Plage des Aréquiers is also 5 minutes away by car, as is the Bois des Aréquiers. All amenities are accessible by bike in 5 minutes. The house also has a private parking space and visitor parking. No sheets or bath/beach towels are provided, so please plan accordingly.
