Paradise is here!

Paradise is here. Cozy house by the sea, in a quiet neighborhood, less than 10 km from downtown Angra do Reis. The house has a large living room, an open kitchen and 1 full bathroom on the lower level, and 2 suites with stunning sea views on the upper level. A lovely lawn with a barbecue and wood-burning stove. It has a mooring for boats and a pier (shared with the house next door and used only when necessary). The house is equipped with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens. The space The house was built by our family just over 30 years ago, and we had many wonderful moments there. And today we'd like to share some of that with you. Located in a quiet, beautiful and privileged place, the house is equipped to make your stay peaceful and profitable. The American kitchen, equipped with a 5-burner stove, oven and refrigerator with a frost-free freezer, is integrated with the living room, providing greater interaction between guests. The suites have bed and bath linens, ceiling fans and double doors that open to the balcony overlooking the sea. Beach towels are also available. We have Wi-Fi, cable TV and ceiling fans in the living room. Outside, guests can enjoy the sun lying on the lawn loungers, or if they prefer, we have an outdoor “kitchen” with a sink, barbecue and wood-burning stove, perfect for cooking that delicious grilled fish. We have a speedboat for rent, which includes a sailor, for that perfect tour of the beautiful islands and beaches of Angra dos Reis. Guests have access to the entire indoor area and backyard, respecting the property boundaries. The pier can be used if necessary, respecting the privacy of the house next door. The house next door also belongs to the family and will eventually be with guests or family. In this case, we respect the outer boundaries of each house for greater privacy. The house is super cozy, and the place is breathtaking, great for water sports, or simply enjoy a delicious swim in the green and calm waters of Angra. Access is by land, where there is a place to park the car. The descent to the house is not suitable for those with limited mobility, such as wheelchair users and the elderly. Access can also be made by boat from Enseada Beach, previously scheduled and paid on the spot to the sailor. The internet and cable TV signal may suffer instability, especially in periods of rain or wind, and due to this problem, which is the responsibility of the operator, we cannot guarantee that the signal will be 100% during your stay.
