Vacation home (160 sqm) - with free Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen The space The cottage has been completed since the end of 2014 and is located in a quiet side street and yet very central. On about 160 square meters we offer space for a relaxing holiday. The ground floor consists of a large living and dining room and an open kitchen with a Bulthaup cooking island. It is equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishes and leaves nothing to be desired. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people and a bathroom. There is a double bed in each of the two bedrooms. The third bedroom has two single beds. In the attic there is the sauna overlooking the Great Arber, the walk-in shower and the bathtub. In addition, there is a toilet and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. When building the house, we attached great importance to the use of natural building materials, high energy efficiency and modern and high-quality equipment.
