Fully equipped private couple's gîte on one level

Old stable modernized into a single-story couple's cottage, nestled between the sea and the countryside, close to all the seaside resorts of the Côte d'Opale. Fully equipped accommodation, free Wi-Fi Reserved and free parking space on the street. Bicycle available to enjoy hiking trails, nature and bird fields. 2 minutes outside the hamlet: bakery, tobacco, Carrefour. 10-minute drive: beaches and festive atmosphere of Berck. Our friends, small animals are allowed. The space The single-level accommodation is spread over 30 m2, living room with: - equipped kitchenette (glass-ceramic hotplate, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, raclette machine, plancha, mussel pot, etc.), small breakfast kit, cleaning kit, - living room with a sofa and a large smart TV, with access to Netflix and other apps, - open to the shower area and sink, towels provided, separate dressing room and toilet (a few rolls provided). Charm and romance in your 11 m2 bedroom for 2 people, with TV, and the possibility of a baby bed in the living room upon request. The beds are made upon your arrival, with new, quality bedding. The outdoors, for your outdoor breakfasts: - a cozy, full-sun terrace of 20 m2 furnished with a relaxing seating area; - a 15 m2 covered terrace with garden furniture, in case of clouds, with a dart board, petanque balls, clothes rack, cart on wheels, and umbrella. The accommodation is fenced and secured with a lockable gate. For relaxation, a bike is available upon request (at no extra cost). Available: various outdoor games, board games, library of books and flyers for the area (restaurants, tours, activities, etc.) Guest access The entire property is private and usable by the guest. The gîte is on one level to facilitate access, private entrance. Possibility to store bicycles or a motorcycle, the place is enclosed and locked. Keys will be handed over or in a key box at the guest's convenience; check-out will be with your host or independently according to your needs. If you have any special requests, please let me know, I will take great care to meet your expectations. Other things to note You can be sure that special attention will be paid to preparing for your stay; hygiene, cleanliness and customer satisfaction are my priority. The bed is made upon arrival, towels/tea towels are provided, cleaning kit, Toilet kit, lunch kit and a welcome kit is made to treat you. In the hamlet, next to the cottage a large green square to stretch the 4 legs of our furry friends, for a longer hike start near the cottage. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the surroundings of the Opal Coast: sea, beaches, visit, nature outings or sports activities..... If needed, I will be available during your stay to answer any questions or guide you. If not, discretion is required to let you enjoy the fullness and authenticity of the place. You are in the right place if you like the calm of the countryside, the birds singing in the morning, and the character of the old while staying in a modern and romantic setting; all this while being only 10 minutes from the attractions, the atmosphere, the tourism, and the beaches of Berck and the Opal Coast.
