Wonderful beachfront house with swimming pool and soccer field. A great place for family living, families with children, dogs, offering plenty of space inside and outside the house. It has all the bedrooms with air-conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue grill, equipped kitchen, fruit trees, garden, vegetable garden, space for ball games, 4 full bathrooms, dining room, living room, Wi-Fi available and parking for cars. Located 15 minutes from downtown Floripa and 16 minutes from Jurerê. The space Great house for family life, families with children, offering quality time and well-being with them. ---- Large house with 2 floors, beach style, PET FRIENDLY, with swimming pool and air conditioning, for UP TO 15 people in fixed beds and 2 extra mattresses to put on the floor of the bedrooms, the base price is up to 8 people and from the 6th there is an additional charge/person/day, prices depend on dates and number of people (adults AND children) (YOU MUST inform in the consultation if you are bringing dogs) ---- We offer: bedding (for the exact number of people on the reservation), pillows, blankets, face towels, WC rugs, dishcloths, toilet paper, basic cooking utensils (dishes, glasses and cutlery), barbecue utensils, beach chair and sunshine for the pool. Guest access The entire house is yours for the contracted period, rest, have fun and feel at home! Other things to note Up to 17 people★ are accepted (with the extra mattresses mentioned above) OR whatever is stated in the reservation, please do not disregard this rule (subject to immediate lease termination) ★ Amounts depend on dates and number of people, including children (complete the information in the consultation) ★ SWIMMING POOL >> is walled and has a fence ★ KEYS >> are always delivered by hand / in person (on arrival and departure) we will confirm the times in writing. Only 1 set of keys with control will be delivered ★ SCHEDULES: -> check-in and check-out times: they are flexible, respect the times after they have been agreed upon, we have the logistics ready and we need the time between check-out and check-in to clean and organize the house (approximately 6 hours of cleaning) -> quiet hours: from 10 p.m., no noise, music, or any other sound that might bother people around -> 24 hours before check-out/departure, I will text you to arrange the scheduled departure time (limit until 12:00 p.m./noon).
