This cozy lakeside house is perfect for memories to be made with your family and friends. Just 1 minute from Giants Ridge Resorts and a short walk across the road gets you right on the beautiful Mesabi Trail! Groomed snowmobile/four wheeler trail access. Large onsite parking available for guests and trailers. Guest access Luxe Lake house is separate from the villas -When you're looking out towards the lake, the left-hand side past the tree line is the villa's property -If you look towards the right-hand side, the Luxe Lake house property owns 1,200 feet of shoreline that ends right before the point (feel free to enjoy) -Feel free to enjoy the fire pit (please check there are no fire restrictions before use) -There is a sauna located down towards our shed (please read and follow sauna instructions before use) -Outdoor games, life vests, and beach toys are located in the opening of the shed (please put things back where you found them) -Feel free to use the paddleboard, rowboat, and kayaks (canoe is for looks only) -The shed and garage will be locked and off limits.
