Marassi North Beach Access Policy The space Tenants may access North Beach on weekdays only. Weekends and official holidays are reserved exclusively for property owners and their immediate families. All guests must have a valid rental card to enter Marassi and access North Beach. Please note the following: * Beach access is closed for tenants during weekends. However, lagoons and pools are available inside each parcel. * Private beach options include: SOL Beach in Marassi, Massimo Beach in Alameen, and Esca in Playa. * Lagoon access is only available within the guest’s assigned parcel, not in other parcels. To avoid any misunderstanding, guests are encouraged to contact us before booking regarding access card and compound entrance fees, as these charges are not included in the price. Marassi Access Card Fees: 1 to 6 days: 13,700 EGP 7 to 29 days: 24,110 EGP 30 to 90 days: 72,800 EGP This stunning 4-bedroom duplex offers luxurious living with breathtaking lagoon views. The spacious layout features modern interiors, an open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, The policy and rules of Marassi Compound for visitor access to North Beach: Tenants are allowed to access the beach throughout the week, except during weekends and official holidays, which are reserved exclusively for property owners and their families. Guests require rental cards to access Marassi gates and North Beach. BIRDNEST team will help you out issuing the rental cards by submitting your national id and a personal photo 48 hours prior to your check-in. Fees are determined by Marassi Management. Payment & Cancellation Terms: * Full payment upon reservation * Full refund up to 3 weeks before arrival * 50% refund up to 2 weeks before arrival * Less than 2 weeks: Non-refundable Please note Reservations in Marassi are exclusively open to families and girls only. Single-gender groups are permitted for non-Arab guests only. Check-in is after 15:00 at your convenience. Check out is at 11:00. Surface parking is available. We provide weekly house keeping, free of charge and daily house keeping is for extra fees ($30). Kindly note: Access to the beach in Marassi is limited to North Beach only. ⁠If the beach is closed due to strong waves, tenants will not be able to access the beach area and will be limited to swimming pools and lagoons House insurance policy Insurance down payment is due before check-in (refundable after the end of the booking duration).
