Lawford Homestead is a 40-acre biodiverse farm that offers couples or individuals a warm welcome and a restful authentic country stay. Overlooking the Winton Wetlands you can experience amazing sunrises, sunsets and star-filled night skies, beautiful views of the high country, bike riding, abundant farm animals, wildlife, and of course the fresh country air. The space Guest accommodation is separate from the host living quarters within the 125-year old brick residence. Featuring 14-foot pressed tin ceilings, led light windows and other original features, the B&B has its own private front entry, stylish queen bedroom, luxurious bathroom (including claw foot bath and fireplace) and kithenette for you to enjoy complimentary refreshments and continental breakfast. Guest access You are welcome to use our salt chlorinated pool between 7am and 10pm. Lawford Homestead is a small scale working farm with animals. You are free to explore the house yard and gardens on your own. If you would like to venture into the paddocks or access the state park adjoining our property for the amazing views, please chat with us first. During your stay Whilst we are very happy for guest interaction, we aim to respect your privacy, ( if that is what you prefer), and ensure that this is maintained for you during your stay.
