A newly-built house from 2019, in a rural environment but still close to Torshälla c. There is a private toilet and shower. You have a complete kitchen and can cook your own food. Access to fridge and freezer. The bed is in the loft, the sofa bed in the living room. If necessary, you can inflate an extra mattress, but then it will be crowded on the floor. Access to fiber. Private barbecue area outside the house. The cottage is for the booked party, not extra guests. There is a swimming pool that is shared only with our family and you, no other guests. The space Cozy newly-built house with all the comforts. Access to fiber and your own barbecue, even a newly-built outdoor gym is available to use. Guest access The pool is closed for 2023 due to flooding in the pump room. The pool is available for use by the people who rent the cottage, it is shared with our family and sometimes our guests but no other outsiders. The pool is open from about the end of May to the beginning of September based on weather and temperatures. There is a private barbecue area. A kettle grill on the patio but also a fireplace. Firewood and firelighter accessories are available at a cost of SEK 30 per time. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are available to borrow at a cost of SEK 250 for the entire party. If you do not want to or are unable to clean, we can do this for SEK 500. (Vacuum, take out garbage, wash the toilet and wipe the floors and the surfaces you have used.) Firewood can be purchased for SEK 30 per fire. Swish is available.
