Apartment on Lake Schaal – ideal for unwinding

This bright and cheerful 1-room apartment offers a simple, cozy retreat on 32 m² for anyone seeking tranquility, nature and relaxation – whether for a vacation, temporary living or a project-related stay. The bathing area at Lake Schaal is about an 8-minute walk away. The inn and the seasonal beer garden "Seeblick" with a beautiful view over the lake are about 500 meters away. The space The property is located in the former multipurpose building of the village, which used to house various municipal facilities. Kindergarten, mayor, police and medical care, and school meals. Many locals therefore associate their memories with it. The house has largely retained its original, simple character and is being gradually renovated and further developed by us. The apartment itself is light, well kept and functionally equipped. In the combined living and sleeping area, there is a 140 x 200 cm bed available. It is a simple accommodation in a special, rural setting. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a new stove and oven and offers basic amenities for everyday needs. The shower room is functionally furnished. A washing machine in the basement can be used separately, and a clothes drying rack is also available. The property is particularly suitable for guests who like simplicity, appreciate nature and tranquility, and are not bothered by a house with history and development. Wi-Fi and a parking space are also available, and the garden and terrace can be used and offer additional space to relax. Guest access We hand over the key personally on site; the apartment has its own entrance. Other things to note The wifi is available for free. Due to the rural location, please note that it is currently not designed for particularly high technical or safety-related requirements. However, normal use is possible without any problems.
