House in a small village close (35 km) to Chablis (wines)/Auxerre/Troyes/Tonnerre/Sens. 1 hour 15 minutes from Nigloland Park You'll love fishing, the Canal de Bourgogne, small ponds, and nice beaches 🏖 Gourmet restaurants 😋 La Guinguette or Le Puysotin are 10 minutes away – make sure to book! Concert evenings at L'Escale in Migennes, the beginnings of Johnny Hallyday, the Festival en Othe... Aperitifs and village concerts in summer. Microbreweries 🍺 Come and visit 😉 The space It is a comfortable 80 m2 house with an outdoor terrace with shade sails, brazier, barbecue, sitting area, and table and chairs for 10. Equipped kitchen, washing machine, filter coffee maker, microwave, oven. 1 large bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a washbasin area. A baby bed can be provided. Beds with sheets, duvets, and pillows included. 1 shower with sink and toilet. Bath towels not provided.
