It can accommodate two adults with a baby. You will sleep in a comfortable king-size bed, within an air-conditioned and nicely decorated space. You will have your own bathroom as well as private and separate toilets. The bedroom opens to a small private terrace, furnished with garden furniture for two people. You can settle in for breakfast, coffee, or just enjoy the calm and nature. For your comfort, you'll also find a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and a space with cutlery and dishes for two. ### Your private hot tub After a hike or a day of discovery, give yourself a real moment of relaxation in your hot tub. It is exclusively reserved for room guests and remains accessible all year round, until 10pm, in order to preserve the tranquility of the place. ### A movie night from your bed To extend your cocooning parenthesis, sit comfortably in front of the video projector and organize your own movie night directly from bed. A nice way to end the day after the hot tub or a walk in the Gâtinais. ### A pool in the heart of nature with a view of the fountainbleau forest From April 30 to September 30, you can also enjoy the property's swimming pool until 10pm. The pool (3 m x 5 m) is not heated: its temperature therefore depends on the weather conditions. It is shared only with guests of the Lodge du Ranch, the second accommodation present on the property. The number of people using this space remains limited. ## # Infants are welcome The room can accommodate two adults with an infant. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Due to the presence of the swimming pool and hot tub, children should remain under the permanent supervision of an adult in the outdoor areas. ### Pets are allowed Pets are also welcome. For the tranquility and safety of all, they must be kept on a leash in public areas and shared outdoor areas. Thank you for respecting the premises and collecting your pet's waste. Sarah and Vincent live on site with their dog. If you are traveling with an animal, please let them know before you arrive so that cohabitation can be arranged in the best possible conditions. ### Breakfast & BBQ Your private terrace is ideal for breakfast or quietly enjoying a drink outdoors. Want to use a BBQ during your stay? Just talk to Sarah and Vincent about how to use them. ### Parking Guests can park for free and easily on the street, just in front of the house. Check-in and access to the property is simple. ### Present and welcoming owners Sarah and Vincent are welcoming, available and accommodating owners. They live on site with their dog and attach great importance to simple, honest and respectful communication so that everyone can enjoy the place. ### Accessibility The property is set on several levels and is suitable for guests who are comfortable traveling. You'll need to climb several steps to get to the house, then a few more steps to get to the hot tub. The access to the pool takes one last effort, but the view and the natural setting are well worth it! Due to these different stairs, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Special vigilance is also required with young children. ### See Le Gâtinais Located in the heart of the French Gâtinais Regional Natural Park, Boutigny-sur-Essonne is a great starting point to discover an unspoiled region, between forests, villages of character and heritage. The GR1 runs directly through the municipality and allows you to reach many walking paths. Other walking tours run through the Essonne Valley, the woods and the Gâtinais landscapes. Depending on availability, you can combine the two experiences: start with an unusual night at the ranch as a cowboy, then continue with a cocooning night, a king size bed, a movie night, and a private hot tub. Both accommodations can also be booked separately. Free parking is available in front of the property. By public transport: From Paris-Gare-de-Lyon, take the RER D towards Corbeil-Essonnes, then the branch towards Malesherbes, to Boutigny-sur-Essonne station. The lodge is then just a few kilometers from the train station: plan to walk or take a taxi, depending on your options. For hikers: The property is on the GR1 trail, which passes through Boutigny-sur-Essonne. The lodge is therefore an ideal unusual stopover to rest in the heart of the forest before continuing your hike.
