“In the heart of Avioth” cottage

Welcome to the heart of Avioth, a charming little house typical of the northern Meuse region, carefully renovated throughout, where old-world charm meets modern comfort. Located in the village of Avioth, close to Belgium, this cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway, combining nature, heritage, and relaxation. The space Main Floor: • spacious entrance hall • Laundry (washing machine) • Separate toilet At the rear of the house, you will find a beautiful open-plan living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining room, all bathed in light thanks to a living room with a vaulted ceiling and a south-facing bay window. Upstairs, the sleeping area features two bright bedrooms: • A first bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200) and a view of the Basilica. • A second flexible bedroom, equipped with either two single beds (80 x 200 cm) or a double bed (160 x 200 cm), depending on your needs. It also has a unique mezzanine dedicated to relaxation, with a rear-projection area for cozy movie nights. A modern bathroom completes this floor. Outside, a terrace has just been created with a small garden, so you can fully enjoy the sunny days in complete tranquility. Guest access Public parking is located right next door, near the old washhouse.
