Villa in a secluded location with proximity to the sea

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with proximity to nature. Electric lighting trails and hiking trails just a stone's throw away. The sea is within cycling distance with the lovely swimming area Hallarumsviken, which during the most popular holiday weeks keeps the kiosk open. A well-stocked ICA Supermarket is within walking distance (about 700 m). Walking distance to bus with good communication to central Karlskrona. Bus to Kalmar is also within walking distance. The space FLOOR 1: Entrance: Spacious entrance with closets. Laundry room: The washing machine is available for guests, the dryer is not available for guests. Bench with sink. Possibility to hang clothes to dry on a drying rack in the ceiling. Cupboard with containers for source sorting under the sink. Description of where the nearest recycling station is located can be found in the house rules. Bottle deposit station is located at ICA Supermarket. Toilet: Guest toilet with sink. Kitchen: Spacious and well-equipped kitchen in a modern style. Kitchen island with dining area for 4 people. Refrigerator & Freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, stove 90 cm with double ovens and stove with 5 burners. Exit to a private terrace with evening sun. Living room: Two-part living room with vault in between. In one part there is a sofa and smart TV, channel packages are not available but there is the possibility to log in to your own streaming services. In the second part, you will find a dining area for 6 people. There is also a fireplace in the dining area. There is a possibility to make the sofa into a bed, but note that there is no blackout in this space. You can hang a blanket in front of the window, but blackout is not as good as with blinds or roller blinds, which you must be aware of if you choose to use this as a sleeping space. Hall: Stairs to level 2 and exit to the front of the garden. Small balcony with seating for two people, morning sun. Air pump with possibility of AC. Wifi: The login details can be found in the arrival guide. FLOOR 2: Hallway: Clothes storage Bedroom 1: King sized bed 180 cm, blinds for blackout. Please note that this bedroom has slanted walls (see picture) and that you may need to walk slightly bent to the bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3: The rooms are about 10 sqm and there is a 120 cm single bed in each room. It is possible to sleep two people in each bed here. Roller blinds for blackout. Bathroom: Large bathroom with toilet, sink and both shower and bathtub. Windows are available. Garden: Lawn with soccer goal, trampoline, climbing frame with slide and sandbox. Play is allowed but is at your own risk. Private patio with evening sun. Parking: Main parking is in front of the garage, there is space for 1-2 cars. It is also possible to park on the gravel area to the right of our garage, opposite the neighboring house on the other side of the road. There is also space to park two cars in front of the front door. Please note, however, that the small gravel road that goes up to the house is owned by the neighbor but there is an easement to drive on it. However, the condition of the road can vary and you have to assess whether it feels appropriate to drive up to the house. Surroundings: Proximity to minor road for public transport. There are some farms past the house, which means that some tractors drive by. The house is located on the outskirts of the community but if it is quiet, sounds from the village can be heard. Traffic noise from the E22 can also be perceived on quiet days. The area is mainly inhabited by pensioners and families with children. Guest access Separate building with storage and garage is private and not available to guests. The attic space is private and not available to guests. Storage space under the stairs inside is private and not available to guests. Cabinets and drawers labeled "Private" are not available to guests. Other things to note Outdoor paddle courts are available at the sports field, cycling distance or about 20-25 minutes walk. Search Jämjö Padelcenter to find the booking link. The farm shop "Löken - my hand-picked pantry" is within walking distance (about 1,2 km). As your nearest neighbor, you will find an outdoor area with several hiking trails and an electric light trail of about 2.5 km. The forest here is usually rich in blueberries and mushrooms. There is also a barbecue area and a soccer goal. There is a small playground by the orienteering club's clubhouse. It is also close to scenic Ådalen with several short hiking trails. There are also a couple of public barbecue areas here. Sometimes there are horses grazing, which can be good to know. About 4 km from the house, you will find the Hallarumsviken swimming area (sea swimming). The swimming area is suitable for both adults and children. There is also a volleyball court, a café and toilets. If you want to swim in a lake, you will find the Färskesjön swimming area 5-6 km from our house.
