The Villa  Located in Skaleta, a seaside area 12km east of Rethimno. Due to its position, there is easy access to the main highway and within minutes one can be in Rethimno town. Indoor: Entering the villa there is a spacious open plan area that consists of the living room, the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, and a magnific view of the Cretan landscape from the window. The living room has a simple style with two yellow cozy sofas with an exit for the outside balcony, the hi-end TV, and the air-conditioner. The kitchen has: kettle toaster coffee maker oven dishwasher refrigerator microwave stove Next to the kitchen, there is the classic, simple-styled bathroom with a full-size bathtub. Continuing your path you will arrive at the bedrooms; all three bedrooms have a queen-size bed, air-conditioner, and a small working area. Two of them have the exit for the outside balcony. Outdoor: The outdoors of the Villa Chrysalida offers much space to move, a blue crystalline swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, and paths with many different flowers of trees on the side.  There are many relaxing places around the villa, such as the swimming pool, the terraces, and even the sun-covered barbecue where you can enjoy cooking your food. Guest access Guest can have access to every space of the property unless differently designated. Other things to note Since 01/01/2025 all guests that stay at short-term rentals must pay tax for climate change. In this property, the tax is 4€ / day for November to March and 15€ / day for April to October. This amount must be paid separately and is not included in the cost of stay.
