Cozy bright bedroom in pretty village Ingatestone

Stay in a typical British village, Ingatestone. Within 10mins walk you are in the High Street with pubs and supermarkets, and within 10mins you are at the train station. This is a petite small private room with a double high-bed - which involves climbing upstairs to get into bed. Share the bathroom and kitchen with other lodgers. Please note, the room is rented out with my personal belongings plus my house is not always perfectly cleaned - if you are after a shiny house, please don't book me! The space The room comes with writing desk, cupboard and high-bed. The bathroom is next door. Please note that the room is rented out with my personal belongings inside - there will be some space for your belongings, but if you prefer an empty room, then please consider booking my other listing. There is also no lock on the internal room door. There are other lodgers in the house, so expect to share the kitchen and bathroom. Whilst the house is generally kept clean, this is a household with busy people - please don't book my place if you expect a spotless place. There is free wireless access in the house. A travelcard with a discount network card for London from Ingatestone costs around £16, otherwise a normal return ticket after the rush hour costs £19. Please note that travel cards are only available after the rush hour, getting you into London around 10.30am. If you want to head away from London, Chelmsford is one stop away and cost about £5 return or you can directly head to Ipswich and other places on the South East coast, like Norwich. Places like Norwich, Ipswich and smaller stations in beautiful Suffolk are easily reached by train. If you travel by car, there is free off road parking in front of my house. The accommodation suits anyone who is looking for a budget accommodation and is happy to be flexible about space and living arrangements.
