The space Welcome to our T1bis apartment located in the annex of our house 18 minutes from Part Dieu by car or train Sathonay-Rillieux station 650m from our address (8 minutes by train). Ideal place for a quiet and comfortable stay. This fully equipped accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed and sofa bed), with all the essentials to make you feel at home. It has a kitchen, cozy living room, office area, mezzanine bedroom (access is not suitable for seniors/requires a little agility) and shower room. We add a mattress and bedding set to the floor for additional people (upon request): Single mattress if child + umbrella bed if needed. You will also have a secure private parking space, located inside the property for your peace of mind. Access to the apartment is autonomous thanks to a key box located at the entrance of the house, offering great flexibility for your comfort. The exteriors are not accessible but allow great tranquility since the accommodation directly overlooks our garden.
