This tasteful, light filled apartment is part of the front of our Villa and accommodates up to 4 guests. It is located in the most beautiful and upmarket suburb of Cape Town's West Coast in Bloubergstrand on the hill, just a 2 minutes walk to the breathtaking scenery with Table Mountain and the white, sandy beaches of Table Bay. A peaceful neighborhood, with no through traffic. Our beautiful gardens, terraces and swimming pool offer a relaxing alternate to all the impressing excursions. The space The spacious apartment, with ceilings up to 5 meters high, offers an exceptionally charming living space, thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. It creates a joyful living experience and uplifts the spirit. Influences from the local surroundings and travels to global metropolises have come together here to create an ambiance that harmoniously combines high-end living comfort with user-friendliness. An open-plan living and kitchen area with an island provides everything you need for daily use – toaster, coffee machines, microwave & grill, as well as a refrigerator. Two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, separated by a hallway, offer plenty of privacy. Industrial concrete floors, wooden ceilings, and plenty of sunlight, colors, and light in between. Our maid visits weekly to ensure everything is in order, clean, and change towels, and upon request, bed linens. Free 300mbps Fiber mesh Wi-Fi, making it perfect for guests who want to set up their home office here. There’s also a 50’ flat-screen SmartTV. Apartment size is approximately 100 sqm in size, plus two balconies. We offer two apartments on Airbnb – Dorian & Basil – which make up the front part of the house. Good to know: Here you’ll find good vibes & pets! Our junior dog Callan and our cat babe Prego love to stop by and say hello and are super friendly. During the summer months we often experience heavy south easter winds. Guest access During the summer months from October - April we offer you our beautiful sun terrace with swimming pool in the rear; the lush and green garden with sun deck in the front is open all year round. Secured space for your sport equipment for our guests and a weber barbecue with old fashioned wood or coal is also available. Other things to note We have an in-house hygiene consultant , certified by TÜV Germany and we take all necessary measures to ensure you feel as safe as you feel at home. Our staff undergoes training and work with highest hygiene standards in the hospitality industry. Good to know: Due to governmental water pressure regulations we sometime experience a lack of water pressure to conserve water. There may be occasional power outages/load shedding but since February 2022, we have our own solar power system that provides us with all essentials during power outages. At the moment building noise at neighbors house can occur.
