The space This is a compact private room for one guest, with its own entrance, private bathroom and dedicated parking space. There is no kitchen, but the room includes a mini fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, tea and basic essentials, so it works well if you plan to eat out or order in. The room is 6.5 m² and includes a full-size 90×200 cm bed, a proper desk with chair, wardrobe storage, 4K Smart TV and fast 300 Mbps WiFi. The private bathroom is 4.2 m² and includes a bathtub with shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hairdryer, clothes drying rack and storage space. Iron and ironing board are available, and you also have access to a shared washer-dryer in the building. Managed by Apartel, this is a simple, private and practical place to stay in Piaseczno — especially for solo travellers and short work trips. Guest access Guests have full private access to their room and en-suite bathroom. A dedicated parking space is included. The shared washer-dryer is available on the ground floor. There is a bench outside the building for fresh air. I manage multiple properties in the building, which means any issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Other things to note The room does not have a kitchen or any cooking facilities. Guests should be comfortable with eating out or ordering food for delivery. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 6:00. The room is designed for single occupancy only.
