Nestled just a 3-minute walk from Lake Lucerne, this quaint maisonette offers tranquillity close to cafés and restaurants. The train station is a 13-minute walk away, with bus stops to Stoos, Schwyz, Küsnacht am Rigi just 3 minutes from your doorstep. Supermarkets Coop, Migros, and Lidl are within a 15-minute walk, while bakeries are as close as 3 minutes away, ensuring your stay is convenient and enjoyable. The space This maisonette occupies the 4th and 5th floors, facing north-west, with easy access to the 4th floor via a spacious elevator. The first level has the entrance hallway, living room, kitchen, and a toilet. A round wooden staircase leads up to two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The home is very well set up for families with babies and toddlers. The living room doubles as a bright play area with children's toys and books, a wooden play kitchen, a ride-on car, a Pikler play set, foam play mats and soft-play steps, and a learning tower - plus books and board games for older kids and adults. The master bedroom has a co-sleeper crib, a toddler bed guard, a changing table, and a small play nook. The kitchen offers a high chair and baby-feeding utensils for various ages, both bathrooms have a baby potty, and the upstairs shower has a non-slip mat and shower toys. There's also a bag of beach toys to borrow. For safety, baby gates sit at the top and bottom of the stairs, with handy storage underneath in between. The building has a shared rooftop terrace with tables, benches, an umbrella, lounge chairs, and pillows - perfect for meals or coffee with stunning lake and mountain views. It's also very child-friendly and great for a short "outing": the doors are hard for children to open, so there's no risk of them reaching the stairs, and the high, wide railings make falls unlikely. Access is via the large common staircase next to the elevator. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate shared room on the 4th floor; we supply detergent and coins for a few rounds.
